New Landscaping Crew and Gravel Update

Writer's picture: MichelleMichelle

Over the past few months, we've relied on volunteer efforts to kick off landscaping cleanup, saving the community thousands of dollars. We are grateful for our volunteers stepping in to make this difference, giving the board and landscaping committee time to find a crew to start long-term maintenance of the common areas at a fair price. Hernandez Landscaping started serving us last week and will be responsible for regular mowing, weeding, leaf-blowing, and gravel maintenance. JP Landscaping, a different group, will be providing an initial one-time gravel cleanup.

Should you decide to order more gravel for areas in front of your home, whether as a result of a compliance conversation or proactive measures, the type of gravel recommended is 5/8 Minus. This can be found at several gravel supply stores near us (example search).

As always, if you have questions or concerns about landscaping and/or gravel, please reach out to plehoa@outlook.com or send a message on plehoa.org.
